Residential Aged Care

Residential Aged Care

Whether you have been living in residential aged care (RAC) for some time or you have recently arrived, as your care needs change you will need information.

When the care recommended is palliative care, you may want to find out what this means and how it will be managed in your facility. On these pages you will find information about entering RAC and what RAC can provide.

The comments in these pages are of a general nature, and do not apply to a particular Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF).

For detailed information about the care you or your loved one can expect, you should talk to the facility concerned.

For help with choosing a RACF visit the My Aged Care pages Connect with aged care homes.
